EQUIPMENT FINANCING AND EQUIPMENT LEASING FUNDING MANAGER

We are seeking a Funding Manager with immediate direct experience in gaining credit approvals from lenders for commercial equipment financing and commercial equipment leasing transactions and then closing those transactions which are typically in the $25K-$1M range.

You wil receive a competitive base salary along with the opportunity to maximize your earnings potential through a commission structure. Commissions are earned by successfully closing transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be a liaison between lenders and our sales channels throughout the credit acceptance process to ensure the timely closing of transactions. Requirements include financial statement analysis, industry research, reviewing credit reports, credit analysis of potential new vendor partners, preparing credit write-ups, negotiating financing and leasing structures, prepare/monitor finance and lease documents and resolving any customer service issues. The ideal candidate is personally familiar with and is currently leading a team that is:

1. • Reviewing credit applications from companies seeking commercial equipment financing and leasing.

2. • Accurately assessing the credit strength of the applicant.

3. • Matching the needs of the applicants to the desires of the lenders.

4. • Obtaining approvals from the lenders.

5. • Documenting and closing the transaction with the applicant.

Education and/or Experience:

1. • A Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is required.

2. • Five or more years immediate direct experience in equipment financing and equipment leasing is required with a commercial equipment financing or commercial equipment leasing company.

Computer Skills:

1. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Other Skills, Abilities or Qualifications:

1. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.

Education and/or Experience:

1. • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
